Where I come from, what I do now
Training and education leader with 15+ years in IT and cybersecurity, currently heading the Training area at Wazuh, the open source security platform. I grew from support engineering to pre-sales team lead to owning the education function end to end. I combine hands-on technical depth — Wazuh, AWS, Linux, automation — with program design and people leadership, and I'm comfortable building the tooling when it doesn't exist yet.

- Own the Training area end to end as its directly responsible individual: catalogue strategy, course design, delivery calendar, instructor enablement, tooling, platform and reporting.
- Lead a five-person team across two divisions, recruiting, certifying and coaching instructors who deliver the Essential and Advanced courses.
- Architected Wazuh Academy — the company's education platform, sized for ~600 learners/year with headroom to 2,000 — and built the Training Console for Instructors, an internal app integrated with Jira, Salesforce and n8n.
